When a woman is thrown from a cab at St. Hugh's surrounded by bags of cocaine, Perkins goes undercover with the cab firm to look into their criminal activities. He is compromised when he is asked to deliver a letter bomb, but saves a member of the cab firm from a group of thugs to get in on a surprise job the next morning.
