In her first case as Inspector, Weston sets up a raid on a crack den, with Manson. Taylor makes a bond with a female user and her child. The addict goes all out to protect her child, but she won't give up her supplier, in fear of losing her child. She claims her ex-husband is the supplier, but blows her chances by trying to flee with the drugs during a raid. Taylor is reprimanded after telling the addict to leave during the raid, while Fletcher gets his first informant.
