Powell and Hunter attend to an armed carjacking, but they are left red in the face when SO19 arrest the suspect in a playground with nothing but a bag of food. As Powell and Hunter go in search of the firearm, Hunter's amnesty against guns leads him to make a foolish decision. Okaro briefs the relief on the possibility of a serial sniper on the patch, following the death of Malcolm Willard, then later confronts Thatcher over Jerome Taylor's accusations that Thatcher was his man inside Sun Hill. Dunbar and Manson clash after he refuses to give her credit for clearing Okaro's name, and Manson is determined to resume their affair. Meanwhile, Nixon desperately continues her search for daughter Abigail, insistent she has been abducted.
