Psychiatric Help: Valentine, Ryder and Taylor go to the aid of a young boy found abandoned in a busy market. Manson and Dasari discover that the boy has witnessed an assault on his nanny. Manson discovers the key witness is psychiatrist Dr. Julia Bickham, who had her patient Michael Simms shot dead on Manson’s orders in 2007. Meadows questions Manson’s judgement, but he ends up with strong evidence suggesting the attack was as a result of mistaken identity, noticing that Julia is the spit of the nanny, and drives the exact same car.
Ruth Gemmell guest stars.
