The case gets more interesting when the victim admits he is being blackmailed. Heaton reassures terrified prosecution witness Martin Turnbull he will be given protection following threats from Ray Moore, only to discover the villainous ex-cop has subtler ways of intimidating people when Keane and Hollis attend the scene of a road traffic accident.
